What's the difference between $79, $129 and $179?
$79 gives you the core Picture Day operating system. $129 adds the Internal Studio Assistant for the photographer. $179 includes Internal AI and adds Customer AI for external conversations and appointment or consultation booking where configured.
Is Picture Day too advanced for a new photographer?
No. Picture Day can start in Basic View, which keeps the workspace focused on the core tools most photographers need first. As your business grows, you can switch to Advanced View or turn individual workspaces on when you need them.
What's the difference between Basic and Advanced View?
Basic View keeps the workspace focused on core tools such as clients, projects, calendar, finance, notes and Assist. Advanced View exposes deeper production and business tools such as crew, gear, travel, readiness and other advanced operations. Your underlying data stays connected either way.
Can I customize what I see?
Yes. Picture Day lets you control which workspaces are visible so you do not have to use every part of the system at once.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Your Picture Day records stay connected when you change plans; the available AI support changes with your plan.
What can I ask the Internal AI?
Ask about shoot readiness, missing tasks, Projects, calendar, crew, gear, follow-up and what needs attention. Authorized users can also ask about money owed, invoices and payments.
What does the Customer AI do?
It can answer approved customer questions through configured website experiences, support phone interaction where configured, and help book appointments or consultations when enabled. It cannot access private operational or financial information.
